Anglerfish - or how not all monsters are alien

I’ve always been fascinated with the ocean, not least because it’s the closest to an alien world we have. All manner of strange beasts live in the deep, dark depths, and I’m sure there are as yet monsters waiting to be discovered. But one nightmarish creature that has been found is the anglerfish. With it’s sharp teeth and glowing lure to attract prey, it just goes to prove that you don’t have to search the vastness of space to find alien looking creatures. So it was only natural for me to want to sculpt a copper version of it. I even added glow paint to the lure it dangles tantalisingly in front of those menacing teeth.
